Rugile graduated in 2011 with BA (Hons) Photography degree from the Arts University College at Bournemouth. Since then she has expanded her artistic practice and in 2014 shifted to oil painting.

Rugile takes commissions in oil painting.

She is exhibiting her work several times a year with Tadworth Art Group and Banstead Art group.
