I have always been drawn to nature and in recent years it has been our native wildlife and the botanical world that has inspired me. I want to paint subjects that lift my spirits and being an avid gardener I am surrounded by plenty of choices that capture my imagination.

 

After studying with the Open College of Arts I wanted to carry on learning and discover new tricks, so I continue to study with the Heatherley School of Art in Chelsea.

 

Apart from Tadworth Art Group my paintings have been shown at The Mall Galleries and I open my studio each year during the Carshalton Artists Open Studio event.
